Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") aim to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Durumis Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user regarding the use of the onul.works service (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

By using this Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using the Service.

Article 2. Service Content

onul.works is a service that provides free online tools frequently used by developers, planners, marketers, etc., during their work. The tools provided include Base64 encoding/decoding, JSON formatting, unit conversion, etc.

Most tools are processed only within the user's browser, but some services, such as AI features, may require server communication. If server communication is required, it will be explicitly stated on the relevant tool page.

Article 3. Service Usage

1. This Service is available to anyone for free without sign-up.
2. The Company provides the Service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in principle.
3. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service due to system inspection, maintenance, or other operational reasons.

Article 4. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Copyright and intellectual property rights for the Service's design, logo, source code, and content belong to the Company.
2. Users retain rights to the results generated or converted through the Service.
3. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part or all of the Service without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 5. Disclaimer

1. The Company provides this Service "AS-IS" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
2. The Company is exempted from responsibility if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure.
3. Verification of the accuracy of results obtained using the Service is the user's responsibility, and the Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of such results.
4. The Company is not responsible for any service usage impediments caused by the user's fault.

Article 6. Usage Restrictions

Users must not engage in any of the following acts in relation to the use of the Service:

• Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Illegal activities using the Service
• Acts that infringe upon the rights of others
• Acts contrary to public order and morals

Article 7. Revision of Terms

The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. If the Terms are revised, they will be notified through a notice within the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

Article 8. Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In the event of a dispute between the Company and the user regarding the use of the Service, both parties shall strive for an amicable resolution.
3. Litigation regarding disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court in the Republic of Korea.

These Terms are effective from December 28, 2025.
